EK Announces New Supremacy CPU Waterblock Tops

After the recent release of the Supremacy Clean CSQ Waterblocks, EK has showcased even more top variants in multiple colours and materials. The translucent green, blue and red tops have been shown without a circle design, boasting a clean look with only a small EK badge as well as writing indicating inlet and outlet ports for optimal performance. The clear version has a glass-like look, as opposed to the older frosted CSQ acrylic. This same styling has also been carried across to the Acetal top, which will come as a nice surprise for most as the original CSQ design was fairly unpopular.

EK hasn't stated whether or not these tops will only be available as an aftermarket product as opposed to a complete waterblock, however the Clear Plexi version can be purchased as a whole unit on their website.

In a LinkedIn post written by EA CTO Rajat Taneja, it is said that the new console generation recently unveiled by Microsoft, as well as Sony's Playstation 4 are ahead of the highest end PC on the market.

"These architectures are a generation ahead of the highest end PC on the market", wrote Teneja.

He continued to say "The compute capabilities of these platforms and the data transfer speeds we can now bank on, essentially removes any notion of rationing of systems resources for out game engines", as well as praising the hardware design, operating systems, and live services because they "create one of the most compelling platforms to reimagine game mechanics".

As well as this, the benchmarks of video and audio performance on next-gen consoles are reportedly 8-10 times superior to the current-gen.

What do the PC gamers here have to say about Teneja's post?
